Wellbeing Week 3rd – 7th of October

30 September 2022

Dear Parents / Guardians ,

Our annual Wellbeing Week will take place next week from the 3rd -7th of October. Looking after the Well-being of our students is central to what we do every day in the school . The aim of Wellbeing Week is simply to highlight the importance of well-being and of minding ourselves.
Over the course of the week we will have a number of organised activities for all students .
Our Junior Cycle students will learn about ways to promote and look after their wellbeing. They will also be given the opportunity to go on wellbeing walks around Naas and use this time to reset and recharge.
Mr John Lonergan , former prison warden of Mountjoy Prison and author will speak to our 5th and 6th Year students during Assembly . This is an amazing opportunity for the lads and we hope they enjoy the talk .
Many thanks to parent Hilary Ward for the excellent nutrition tips ( see attached PDF ) which may come in handy during the week .

Kind regards,
The Wellbeing Committee .
