South Leinster Cross Country Champions
Well done to all athletes who participated in the South Leinster Schools Cross Country in Carlow yesterday. We had over forty athletes representing Naas CBS in different age groups.
Our under 14 minor team and under 17 intermediate team won the team competition to become South Leinster Champions and our under 15 team placed third. Best individual performance was Matthew Shirran who won the silver medal in the 4000m under 17 race.
Congratulations to the lads and to Ms. Kilcoyne on their great success in the South Leinster Cross Country.
Best of luck to all teams who qualify for the Leinster Schools Cross Country in the Phoenix Park next week.
