Irish Rail Try a Trade Event
A number of our 6th Year students travelled to Irish Rail’s Training Centre in Inchicore earlier this week. The students got hands on experience during the event where they completed tasks including changing car tyres, using various tools and equipment and wiring connections to fuses. They learned about the various apprenticeships available through Irish Rail including Electrical, Mechanic, Fitter and OEM. 2026 apprenticeship applications with Irish Rail close on March 15th. The students who participated in this event were a credit to our school as they engaged enthusiastically throughout the day.
