Irish Writer Colin Barrett Engages L.C. English Students in a Q & A Session
5th and 6th Year English students had the opportunity to have a Q & A session with Man Booker Longlisted Irish writer Colin Barrett this week. Students had the opportunity to ask about the day to day practice of a writer and got advice on tackling the short story option on the Leaving Certificate paper. They also used the Q & A session to ask him questions regarding their studied collection, Young Skins. We’d like to thank Colin Barrett for taking time out of his busy schedule to talk to our students.
